Our Expertise
Our owner, Stacey, began her journey in 2001 when she purchased her first home. She fondly remembers telling her mom she was "going to be Bob Vila" from This Old House—only to quickly realize she was a painter! Undeterred, she purchased her first investment property in 2003, officially launching what would become a thriving family business.
Over the years, Stacey has discovered that helping others is the most rewarding part of the work—a principle that remains at the heart of Brit. Many clients reach out after inheriting a property or facing repairs and updates they aren’t sure how to handle. Whatever the situation—whether it’s one of these or hundreds of others in between—we’re here to listen, guide, and provide solutions.
