Over the years, our mom, Connie had a couple housemates. People who needed a place to stay for a *couple weeks*, which often led to a couple of years! At the time, we didn't realize all the benefits... but we do now! Having a housemate made the time she spent at home less lonely. She always had someone in which to watch the Ravens, make dinner, celebrate random holidays, run to the store, go to church, etc. Because of Connie and how much she gave to everyone in her life, we are VERY excited to offer our Senior, Affordable, Independent Living (SAIL) program in 2026.

 

One payment is all you need and includes:

• a private or semi-private room

• BGE, water and wifi

• pest control

• lawn care

• semi-monthly cleaning

• The kitchen, living area and baths are fully furnished- need bedroom furnishings? Not a problem, bedroom furnishings are available, too! Each room has a digital lock for privacy as does the main entry; Rooms start at $850 and no security deposits, only a $300 move-in fee.
